Ideal for clients seeking polished execution without full-scale event planning. EPGLeaders ensures each moment is intentional, well-orchestrated, and reflective of grace and excellence.
Etiquette and Protocol for Generational Leaders (EPGLeaders) was founded on the belief that etiquette is a powerful tool for leadership, confidence, and personal branding. The way you enter a room, communicate, engage with others, and carry yourself directly shapes how you are perceived—and how effectively you lead.
Our work is rooted in refinement with purpose. We teach intentional behaviors that not only elevate individual presence but also strengthen communities and prepare leaders to excel in every space they enter.
To cultivate confident, poised, and principled leaders through etiquette, protocol, and leadership development.
To empower individuals across generations to show up in the world with grace, confidence, and intentional influence.
Latisha M. Skinner is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Etiquette and Protocol for Generational Leaders, LLC (EPGLeaders), a premier training organization dedicated to cultivating confidence, cultural awareness, and leadership excellence across generations. A graduate of the American School of Protocol®, she is a certified etiquette consultant whose work is rooted in refinement with purpose, equipping individuals with intentional skill sets that elevate presence, strengthen communities, and empower them to lead with distinction in every environment they enter.
Her expertise has been featured on WLBT’s Studio 3, WJTV 12, and the televised program Marrying in Magnolia. Through EPGLeaders, Latisha serves a dynamic and diverse audience, including families, students, collegiate scholars, professionals, and organizations, providing them with the tools to build confidence, enhance social intelligence, and navigate personal and professional spaces with poise, clarity, and authenticity.
What sets Latisha apart is her unique ability to bridge disciplines. In addition to her work in etiquette and leadership development, she is an environmental microbiologist with over twenty years of experience across environmental and clinical sciences, telecommunications, technology, and public service. This multidisciplinary foundation informs her approach, allowing her to teach with both analytical precision and cultural awareness. A proud HBCU graduate, she earned her Bachelor of Science from Rust College and pursued advanced studies at University of Phoenix, along with multiple professional certifications.
Beyond her professional work, Latisha is a committed philanthropist who advocates for communities impacted by food insecurity and environmental health challenges. She actively serves on boards and initiatives that empower women, expand access to education, and strengthen communities through intentional outreach and service.
Latisha believes that how you show up in the world is not accidental; it is intentional, cultivated, and powerful. Her work reflects a deep commitment to helping others not only refine their presence but confidently own their voice and influence in every space they enter.
"My greatest joy is helping others develop intentional skill sets, cultivate their presence, and show up in every space with confidence, poise, and purpose.”—Latisha M. Skinner
